My dreams are put away in the back of my head...

My dreams are put away in the back of my head, since my stroke took so much from me... my goal is to live, smile(maybe sometimes a good disguise for sadness) and laugh(also so I don't cry)... I find a Smile is better than a frown, most days its very hard but I NEED to force being happy to keep my sadness/depression trapped/hidden... If I let down my guard on that I would hate to see the break down... So, I try to see the good in everything that happens in my life...
